• All products are carefully inspected before shipping.
• Sealed products are handled with care and packaged to arrive in the best possible condition.
• We aim to respond to all customer enquiries within 1–2 business days.
• Order confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item is unavailable, listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully:
Eligible Returns
• Unopened sealed products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened sealed products (booster packs, boxes, ETBs, etc.
• Single cards (raw or graded)
• Items that show signs of tampering or have been removed from original packaging
How to Request a Return
Contact us at Enquiries@oasiscollectables.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.
4. Refunds Policy
Refunds – Oasis Collectables
• Approved returns of eligible unopened sealed products will receive a full refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or fully refunded at our discretion (including original shipping costs where applicable).
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, and will be issued to the original payment method.
• In the rare event that a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will issue a full refund.
